Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Service Orders

  • Pre-Service Cancellation:
    • Clients may cancel their service orders prior to the commencement of the service. Cancellations made before the start of the service will not incur any charges, provided that the cancellation request is received at least 24 Hours before the scheduled start date.
  • Post-Service Commencement:
    • Once the service has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. The full service fee will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.

1.2. Recurring Services

  • For services provided on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annual contracts), clients may cancel their subscriptions by providing [insert number of days] days’ notice before the next billing cycle. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial use of services during the billing cycle.

  • No Refunds After Service Utilization:

This includes, but is not limited to, consulting services, software development, system integrations, and other IT-related services. 2.2. Advance Payments

  • If a client has made an advance payment for services that have not yet been rendered, they may request a refund for the unused portion of the service, minus any applicable cancellation fees, provided the service has not yet commenced.

3. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of services provided, Giggada Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will work with the client to resolve the issue amicably. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns promptly.

4. Changes to this Policy

Giggada Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or our official website and will be effective from the date of publication.
